The Telemarketer is responsible for two things: online order follow ups and wholesale account acquisition. This position requires an individual who is savvy with the phone and has no problem with making calls all day. This position requires someone who enjoys conversing and networking. This individual must be ok with cold calling customers for existing orders as well as other stores in hopes of earning their business. Persuasion and sales skills are mandatory for this role as a lot of their time over the phone will be dedicated to convincing shop owners to carry our products.

The responsibilities of the Telemarketer include but are not limited to:

• Calling customers with online orders to ask if they any questions regarding their order
• Calling customers to ask if they would like to switch over to a different flavor when a particular flavor is out of stock
• Calling other retail stores within the US to carry our brand and products
• Gathering retail store info and filing in CRM 
• Acquiring new wholesale accounts
